We need ALL Bismarck School District families to complete the School Lunch Program application. This form is not just for families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals!
Completing the form helps our schools receive important state and federal funding and can provide additional benefits for eligible students and families, including assistance with meal costs, SAT/ACT/AP exam fees, college application fees, and programs such as Summer EBT.

When completing the application, be sure to select Bismarck School District – Arkansas, NOT Bismarck Public Schools.
