For any student upcoming 7th-12th grade planning to participate in Athletics next year you must create an account on Dragonfly (click on this link).  Within that account you will be required to upload an athletic physical.  You can print that physical off the website and take it to your primary care doctor to fill out and then scan and upload.  We will also provide a physical through the school through the Bismarck Baptist Health Clinic on May 7th (High School) and May 8th (Middle School).  In order to take advantage of the school's physical we will bus students to the clinic and you must fill out the release form and medical history form and return to your school's office secretary before April 30th.  Attached to this message is a copy of both required forms you can print or you can pick up a hard copy from the office.  You cannot participate in athletics without completing all requirements from Dragonfly along with a physical.

Because of the BOTC activities yesterday and the CTE visitors today, Coach Keithley has extended the deadline to Thursday, May 1st. If you will be in 7th-12th grade next year and plan to participate in Athletics (football, cheer, golf, tennis, track, cross country, basketball, baseball and softball) you MUST do this!!
