Digital Communications I and II
Digital Communications I and II encompasses two semesters.
Digital Communications I—combines the versatility of the computer with page-design software, enabling students to produce materials of near photo-type quality. The course includes page composition, layout, design, editing functions, and a variety of printing options.
Digital Communications II—designed to study of the process of editing digital images, photography, and appropriate visuals signals to communicate the desired message to an audience effectively. Principles are used to analyze and organize information, set up a design structure, and produce special visual expressions and techniques that are applied to graphics, photos, and video.
Software used in these course are Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Word 2013.
